Annotate!Pro is an easy to use tool, that allows you to draw on top of any Window, or your Desktop. You can use it to make quick annotations, highlight sections of a document and more. The annotated desktop can them be saved to file; unfortunately it only supports BMP format, which is not suitable for emailing due to the very large file size. Annotate!Pro also includes a handy button to hide/show your desktop icons, as well as a notation feature that can add arrows with incrementing numbers.
