Ecere Corporation is a privately owned company based in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. Although recently incorporated in Canada in 2005, the Ecere technologies are the results of several years of software development by its founder,  Jacovella-St-Louis, dating back from 1996. Part of its legacy is from Jerome's "3D Coding Blackhole", a DOS/DJGPP software 3D engine and tutorial series he wrote and published on the web in 1996.
