VideoTrak is a Windows database software for movies, specials, TV programs, home videos, or anything stored on DVD, video tape, video CD, and more.
The user interface has been designed to be simple but functional... not overly "bloated" with superfluous detail fields that are useful and meaningful only to a professional tape/film librarian.
Here are some key features of "VideoTrak":
An unlimited number of Video Titles may be stored in each VideoTrak file, dependent only on your available hard drive space.
You can enter as much or as little additional detail as you want regarding stars/cast, storage location of the Volume (tape, DVD, etc.), and descriptive notes.
When adding or editing records you can easily search the Internet Movie Database (with the click of a button) for accurate information pertaining to your current Video Title.
You can 'customize' the lists of media and video 'types' used by the program to suit your needs and the contents of your personal library.
You can easily create multiple data files and switch between between them without closing the program.
The program's Browse Records grid displays all (or a currently selected subset) of the Video Titles in an easy to read and navigate table. The grid's records can be sorted by any of its fields and the full "detail" for a currently selected (highlighted) record is shown below the grid.
New Video Titles can be added to the file individually or by adding an entire Volume (tape, DVD, etc.) all at once.
Likewise, you can delete individual Video Titles one at a time or remove a whole Volume (and all of its Titles) at once.
Reports include Full Listing by Video Title, Full Listing by Star(s), Full Listing by Volume Number, List of Titles for an Individual Star, The Currently displayed Records Grid, along with the ability to design your own custom report.
Full print preview with three report styles, user-selectable fonts, and user-selectable paper sizes.
To help you review the various features/functions of the program a Sample data file is included.
Context-sensitive online Help is always available.
