Into The Toilet is a scrolling third-person shooter featuring animated caricatures of well-known people. Select one as the good guy and another as the bad guy. The character selected as the bad guy will display unique mannerisms. Both characters are armed with cell-phone-like devices that fire junkfood until one is disabled by sudden obesity. If your good guy defeats your bad guy, a helicopter appears with its plunger attached to the bad guy's head. You then maneuver the helicopter and drop thebad guy into the toilet.
